The Pawfolio app

Information stored on your device

The pet profiles, vaccine and medication records, weights, vet visits, expenses, notes and reminders you enter in Pawfolio are stored on your device. You can export your data as CSV at any time. Records remain readable even if you stop paying for optional extras.

What we do not do

Pawfolio contains no advertising. The developer does not sell your data.

Reminders

Medication and vaccine reminders are scheduled locally on your device using Android notification and alarm features. Pawfolio may ask for notification or exact-alarm permissions so that reminders fire on time; you can decline or revoke them in system settings.

Purchases

Pawfolio is free for up to 2 pets. If you buy optional extras, the payment is processed by Google Play and the developer does not see your payment card details.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes the data stored on the device. Files you exported remain wherever you saved them until you delete them.

Veterinary disclaimer

Pawfolio does not replace veterinary care. Your veterinarian decides which vaccines, medicines and doses your pet needs.

This website

This website is a static set of pages. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not load third-party fonts or embeds. Where a guide includes a small calculator, it runs in your browser and what you type into it is not sent anywhere.

Like any web server, the server that hosts these pages may keep standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, time and browser string) for security and troubleshooting. Links to Google Play and to the organizations cited in the guides lead to third-party sites with their own policies.
